Peer Counseling
Peer counselling has been going over to different elementary schools to talk to the 4thgraders. Yesterday, Thursday February 23, they went to Miramonte and talked to the students there.
They have been discussing refusal skills to these students, so when they get to be in a situation that pressures them to make a bad decision, they can decide and know how to make the right choice. The peer counsellors have been working very hard and diligently for the elementary students, and are appreciated by the student’s teachers.
This is a very good thing for the 4th graders to learn, so keep up the good work peer counselors!
