An ideal candidate, for our technical positions, should have a great attitude, provide exceptional customer service and possess a comprehensive technical understanding of at least two of the following Corel PaintShop Pro (or similar), SEO, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Python and web hosting operations.

Preferred Skills & Education for Technical Positions...

An Associates or higher in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Business or a related field.
Programming knowledge in PHP, MySQL (or other relational DB) LAMP, AJAX, WHM, Python.
Digital Graphic Arts.
The ability to troubleshoot software issues.
Well organized and able to multi-task (you will wear many hats)

Please note that preferred means exactly that. The skills listed above are what we prefer, but do not absolutely require (that's below). If you are lacking in an area or two above, or have comparable experience with similar technology, we'd still love to hear from you about open positions.

Non-Negotiable Requirements...

** You must be fluent in English (both written and orally).
** Excellent email and phone manners.
** The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents.
** Able to work independently and an ability to "deal with ambiguity."
