Customer Agreement: By purchasing this service you agree to the following: You and / or your organization acknowledge that you are purchasing a service, not software, and that you will not use this service for any purpose other than to publish an online newspaper that is suitable for viewing by families and children - you will not publish any violent, pornographic or any other form of obscene material. If you violate this policy, your site will be closed immediately and without notice and you will not receive a refund. Depending on the nature of the violation you may be reported to law enforcement. Purchaser is solely responsible for, and accepts all responsibility for the content, messages, images and files published using the service. No warranties are expressed or implied. PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT END-USER REJECTS THE SERVICE SHALL BE A REFUND, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR RENEWAL OF THE CURRENT ANNUAL FEE, IF ANY, PAID BY PURCHASER . Your site will indicate Home School, Private School, Public School, College, Church, Club, or Business Edition according to which edition you purchase. This is the only difference in versions, other than pricing. This notice will appear as a footer at the bottom of your site. We discount for education related organizations and religious non-profits. Setup fee is non-refundable. You credit card or PayPal account WILL NOT be automatically billed for annual renewal. You will be notified 30 - 60 days in advance of your renewal date. We reserve the right to cancel this service for non-payment of renewal fees. We take your privacy seriously. We will never disclose your private information to any third-party, without your prior permission, except by court order. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email notification with your site address and a brief questionnaire about how you would like your site to be setup.
