Managing Submissions by Readers of Your Online School Newspaper

To manage submissions:

1) Click on Submitted on the left hand navigation menu of your online newspaper site administration portal. You will see a screen similar to the one shown below.

2) Select the issue for which you wish to see submitted articles.

3) You may preview, edit or delete these submissions.

NOTE 1: These submissions do not automatically appear in your online newspaper. You will have to manually copy / paste the submitted material into an article for the appropriate Issue and Section of your online newspaper.

NOTE 2: The submission feature of your online school newspaper is open to the public and is therefore vulnerable to spam. If you are a teacher / parent sponsor, you should be the only person allowed to see submitted articles and letters. If you need to know how to limit access to submitted letters, visit our support page about users. Another option is to turn the Submit feature off. We will have to do that for you.
