STEP FIVE: Define Your Online School Newspaper Sections

Your Student News Support Staff, Online School Newspaper Support

Click on Sections and then you can Create, Preview and Edit your online newspaper sections. The Sections allow you to create specific content areas of your online school newspaper and place articles under those Sections.

The Sections show up as the first block of links on the left-hand side on your live site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notice that each section of your online school newspaper may be assigned an editor. 

The Section Name shows on your live site as a link to that particular Section. Section Editor and Sidebar content is shown at the top right of each Section in the live version of your online school newspaper.

Important Note:  The Cover Section should always remain as the top section of your online school newspaper (although it is alright to change the name of that Section).
